Craig H. Olin, M.D.

Craig H. Olin, M.D.Dr. Craig Olin received his undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Tufts University in 1989. He subsequently earned his medical degree in 1993 at the New York University School of Medicine in New York City. Following medical school, he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center between 1993 and 1996. Dr. Olin became a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996.

In 1996 Dr. Olin left New York City in order to join a traditional, insurance-based medical practice in Stamford, CT, where he practiced with distinction until March 2007 before co-founding Personal Physicians of Connecticut, LLC In 1999, he received the Jack and Bertha Beers Award, given annually to an “Outstanding Young Attending Physician” at The Stamford Hospital. He has also been recognized as one of Castle Connolly’s “Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area” and as one of Connecticut Magazine’s “Top Doctors.” After being nominated by his colleagues at Stamford Hospital, Dr. Olin received the prestigious Melville G. Magida Award from the Fairfield County Medical Association and The Richard and Hinda Rosenthal Foundation in 2006. This award is given annually to one physician in Fairfield County “who has demonstrated a notable capacity for patient treatment and care, and a special sensitivity to patient-physician relationships.” Dr. Olin is on the clinical faculty of the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and serves as a preceptor for their third year medical students at Stamford Hospital.

Dr. Olin is a current member of the Board of Directors of both the Senior Services of Stamford and The American Heart Association of Fairfield County. Furthermore, he serves on the Executive Board and Board of Directors for Visiting Nurse and Hospice Care of Southwestern Connecticut and is the Treasurer of the Craig D. Tifford Foundation. He is also currently the Chair-Elect of the Medical Staff at Stamford Hospital. Dr. Olin resides in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children.


Frederick B. Slogoff, M.D.

Frederick B. Slogoff, MDDr. Slogoff received his undergraduate degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 with Honors in the Biological Basis of Behavior. He subsequently earned his medical degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City in 1996, where he was elected Chapter President of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha national honor medical society, and he received both the Morris Bender Award for Excellence in Neurosciences and the Florence L. Oppenheimer Surgery Prize. Furthermore, upon graduation Dr. Slogoff received the Upjohn Award for Clinical Excellence, an honor bestowed annually to the top graduating student at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

Following graduation from medical school, Dr. Slogoff subsequently completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center between 1996 and 1999. He became a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine in 1999. Next, Dr. Slogoff left New York City in order to join a traditional, insurance-based private medical practice in Stamford, Connecticut, where he practiced with distinction until March 2007 before co-founding Personal Physicians of Connecticut, LLC. During his tenure in Stamford, he has received the Jack & Bertha Beers Award which is given annually to the “Outstanding Young Attending Physician” at The Stamford Hospital. Furthermore, he is currently an Instructor in Clinical Medicine at the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City, where he enjoys teaching third-year medical students.

Dr. Slogoff has received recognition as one of Castle Connolly’s “Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area” and he has been listed as one the “Best Doctors in America.” He currently resides with his wife and two children in neighboring Westchester County, New York.
